LEEKA Architects, formerly STOA / EKA Architects was contracted when an existing shopping centers visibility and demand were being compromised by an outdated appearance. In order to compete with Beaverton’s growing retail market, Harsch Investment Corporation decided that a change was necessary. STOA’s design solution involved the total renovation of the existing shopping center with timely upgrades and aesthetic rejuvenation. Additionally, a complementary net retail building was built. The project value was estimated around $3.1 million.
