CLIENT Bales Unico

LOCATION Beaverton, Oregon

Because of the town of Beaverton’s growing economy and due to LEEKA Architects, formerly STOA’s close relationship with the owner, Bales Unico contracted our firm to design Farmington Mall’s new 87,560 sf addition and complete the 27,000 sf renovations to its existing building. Included in the scope was a supermarket, drugstore and three additional specialty lease buildings. The design offers an aesthetically memorable image; a central tower with colored Plexiglas signage, lots of glass for providing natural lighting in the building and a covered arcade for weather protection.
