Located in the Hollywood district of S.E. Portland, STOA / EKA architects worked with C.E. John Development company to design a small retail center at one of the heaviest traveled corners in the city to provide convenient services and sundries for the weekday and weekend commuter. The center is comprised of two retail buildings, efficient yet well designed, on a limited and challenging site configuration facing each other with accessible parking space between them.
