A new 10,000 s.f. free standing retail building in Olympia Washington designed for Afton Properties. LEEKA Architects, formerly STOA / EKA Architects   created a design pleasant to the client and at the same time satisfying the challenging zoning codes of the city planning department. The building construction is steel frame, cmu, metal studs, EIFS exterior and built up roofing system over metal deck and steel trusses. Total construction cost is estimated at $850,000.00.
