LEEKA Architecture was selected to create a Gender Neutral Restroom at the Metro Headquarters. Scope of work was to create a new gender neutral restroom, a shower room and a break room area on the main floor level (2nd floor).

Mr. Neil Lee was in charge of all the architectural scopes of work and managed a sub consultant team consisting of electrical and mechanical engineers and a cost estimator for the project.

A challenge during the project was the discovery of utilities not corresponding to the as built documents previously used as the basis of design. To resolve this, the mechanical and electrical engineer made visits to the site to survey the existing utility locations and provided a workable alternative solution for connecting utilities.
